Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unread condition
  • Must be returned with original packaging and accessories
  • Digital products and gift cards are not eligible for return

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your BookNest account
  2. Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label
  4. Pack the item securely and attach the return label
  5. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Refund Process

Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. This typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
